Our packaging process is designed to ensure that our solid surface products are delivered safely and securely:
Samples and documents: usually sent to DHL/FADEX and other international courier airfreight usually arrives in 3-7 working days, protected by foam sponge and packed in cardboard boxes.
Shockproof pearl sponge + special carton packing for ocean freight: chairs, accessories, table legs, washbasin. Usually by sea, according to the different regions 1-3 months time can be shipped to the door.
Thickened anti-shock pearl sponge + special wooden crate packing for shipping: bathtub, table, reception desk, bar and all other large furniture. Generally through the sea, according to the different regions 1-3 months time can be shipped to the door.
1. PROTECTIVE PACKAGING: We use special extra thick shockproof foam and reinforced plywood boxes to protect the furniture during shipping. Each piece of furniture is carefully wrapped in protective material to prevent any damage during transport.
2. Customised packaging for different products:
For Large Furniture Items: Large furniture items such as desks and countertops are packed in reinforced wooden crates with foam padding to absorb impact. This ensures that even fragile or high-value items arrive in one piece.
Smaller items: Smaller items or components are individually wrapped in plastic bags and placed in cardboard boxes with protective foam inserts. For added protection, multiple cartons are sometimes combined into one larger plywood box.
3. Special considerations for international shipments: For international orders, packaging needs to be further enhanced to cope with longer transit times and multiple handling stages. We also offer customised packaging solutions to meet the specific requirements of the shipment, including pallets for ease of handling. 4.
4. Environmental considerations: Whilst our primary focus is on conservation, we are also committed to using materials that meet environmental standards. This includes non-fumigated plywood and recyclable materials.
